Community Engagement & Opportunity Council (CEOC) is a faith-based, non-profit organization founded by Scott & Robin Turner in the Spring of 2021. Our mission is to revitalize communities through sports, mentorship & economic opportunity.
Serving the DFW community through our three foundational pillars:
We aim to help student athletes utilize the character building benefits of athletic participation to go beyond the field of play.
Our First Down Mentorship Program provides leadership & character building training for high school & college student athletes.
Our First Kids Learning Program enhances literacy & builds character. Our Community Partnerships provide both immediate & long term revitalization.
