Co-founders Scott and Robin Turner developed the CEOC Learning Labs initiative to tackle the steady decline in reading proficiency across our nation, including the shocking reality that nearly two-thirds of our nations’ 4th graders are not able to read at grade-level.

Grade-level proficiency and beyond.

CEOC Learning Labs are Christ-centered reading enhancement programs for Kindergarten through 5th grade students. While we teach the children to become proficient readers, we also encourage them to have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

In addition to learning Bible memory verses, we combine concentrated literacy activities with Istation’s blended learning model. Our curriculum is strategically designed to propel each student to grade-level proficiency and beyond, drive by the needs of each individual child we serve.
